TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me you agree to my terms of service. Please read this carefully, as I will not accept your commission if it goes against my T.O.S.

-I retain the right to decline your commission for any reason. This can be simply because I cannot draw your design, you support someone I do not ect.-50% of the money will be asked for before i send the first sketch i will not begin on lineart/colours until i receive payment, the other 50% will be asked for after i have finished the commission, if you are unable to pay the other 50% due to money issues than your commission will be put on hold until you are able to pay for it, if you refuse to pay the other 50% your commission will be canceled-I will send you a sketch before going forward with your commission (after payment). I will not contact you more than two times to get you to respond. I will not go any further with your commission if you do not respond to my DM-I will accept payments through paypal
You may ask for a wip whenever you like however it will be heavily watermarked-Please provide a clear reference sheet for your character, you can also send references for poses, colour palettes and backgrounds, please do keep in mind the more complex the pose the longer it will take for me to do the sketch-The commission can take as long as a month depending on how complex it is-I have the right to use the final product for my portfolio-You are not allowed to use the commission for commercial use ie: NFTs, advertisements, you can also not use my art for ai training-If there are any changes you would like me to make to the commission please let me know early on-You have every right to use your commission as a PFP, crop it down, or post it with credit
